$2,000 - $3,000

The Grant Success Retainer

$1,500 - $4,000 per month

This is an ongoing partnership for groups that have a consistent need for grant support. With me on your team, you'll have priority access to a grant consultant who proactively looks for new funding opportunities and manages your entire grant portfolio.

  • Dedicated Partner: A set number of dedicated hours each month for your grant needs.

  • Proactive Research: I'll continuously identify new funding opportunities and prospects.

  • Reporting & Strategy: I'll handle all your reporting and provide strategic guidance to grow your funding.

I, Hanna Pesha (They/them) am a grant writing consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area, who adheres to the principles of Community Centric Fundraising. I have expertise in federal grants, private foundations and corporate funding. I have served arts, direct service, grassroots and educational organizations.

As an in-house fundraiser I have consistently been part of development departments that meet or exceed their projected goals, working with brand new organizations, as well as large nonprofits with development incomes upwards of $40 million per fiscal year. My breadth of nonprofit experience allows me to understand the nuances of working across teams and gathering the necessary details for a competitive grant application. 

Passionate about justice and culture-shifting work, I have been in the trenches on the programs side, and understand how hard you are working to make change. My robust professional background includes administrative, organizing, coalition building, development and facilitation work. Your organization will benefit from my holistic approach. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, I am also a creative writer who has self-funded through individual artist grants.
