Meeting Facilitation

I provide expert facilitation for high-stakes assemblies, board sessions, town halls, and internal team decision-making groups (including nonprofits and worker cooperatives). My process ensures both inclusive participation and decisive outcomes. This is achieved by fluently navigating a variety of decision-making models—from consensus and consent to Roberts Rules of Order—to match the right method to your group's unique culture and goal.

Crucially, I maintain an Embodied Presence, using deep empathy and somatic exercises to gauge the group's mood and energy, which keeps participants present, engaged, and focused throughout the duration. This commitment to Group Empowerment means rejecting the "transmission of content" method; instead, the agenda and solutions are derived from the group itself, guaranteeing deep ownership of the outcome. The result is that feeling of decisive accomplishment: clear next steps achieved through mutual respect and collective intelligence.

Strategy & Alignment

    Strategic Planning

A strategic plan is not just a document. Its creation is an act of collective power and cultural commitment. I help worker cooperatives, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations design a strategic roadmap that is both ambitious and rooted in shared values.

This service ensures your operational decisions are always flowing from your mission. I co-create a process that synthesizes diverse input, prioritizing and finding consensus on the path forward while integrating the unique perspectives of all team members. This approach moves beyond one-off planning to create durable systems, implementing ongoing social change and culture-shifting practices. Finally, I translate that shared vision into action, utilizing tools like SWOT analysis and SMART goals to produce a clear plan.

    Team Building

Team building should be more than just a mandatory outing—it needs to be a strategic investment in collaboration. I design and facilitate engaging, purpose-driven events that actively transform how your team communicates and works together. My sessions utilize creative, hands-on processes such as experiential projects, group outings, and structured reflective discussions. These events are designed to build relational trust, helping team members genuinely get to know each other beyond their professional roles, and to improve communication by facilitating open discussions on what’s working well and what’s not in a safe, structured environment.  The outcome is a more resilient team that understands how to collaborate effectively before the next high-stakes project begins.

    Peer Counseling

I offer support rooted in the principles of radical mental health and peer-based care. Drawing on my experience running an Icarus Project chapter, I help individuals create alternatives that can complement mainstream medicalized approaches.

My work is grounded in the conviction that those with lived experience (including survival of psychiatric hospitalization, unhoused status, addiction, and complex PTSD) are uniquely positioned to support each other's healing. I provide structured conversations focused on trauma-informed recovery, system navigation, and the design of collective care strategies that prioritize self-determination.

    Transformative Justice

When harm occurs within a community, the natural impulse can be to isolate the perpetrator and maintain a safe distance. However, this often moves the problem elsewhere and leaves the survivors, the perpetrator, and the wider community without true healing.

I facilitate Transformative Justice (TJ) processes that help groups and collectives take direct responsibility for harm. My approach is designed to stop the Cycle of Harm by interrupting the behavior and addressing its root causes. I center Survivors, ensuring their needs for safety, repair, and justice are paramount. I work to heal the community, moving the collective from passive bystanders to active allies in creating a culture of safety. I believe the resources for healing and accountability reside within the community itself. I provide the structure, expertise, and neutrality to unlock those solutions.

    Survivor Support

I specialize in partnering with survivors to develop robust, personalized care strategies that prioritize safety, autonomy, and recovery. This service is rooted in peer support principles—valuing lived experience as the highest form of expertise—and is informed by advanced knowledge of trauma healing modalities and substance abuse recovery frameworks.

Rather than offering therapy, I facilitate the creation of a sustainable support ecosystem for the survivor. This includes structuring clear safety plans, defining boundaries with community members, and establishing pathways for self-directed justice and healing. I empower the survivor to move forward on their own terms.
